Electrical Hardware Design

With the support of ePlan software, we convert initial design concepts into complete and compliant electrical control systems that align with the latest safety and quality regulations.
We also generate all essential documentation — including wiring diagrams, panel designs, schematics, and labeling — efficiently and accurately through advanced automation tools.
Panel Construction
In our own workshop, we build control panels and distributors of various sizes.
Distribution panels for home installations to power distributors of 1600A.
Control panels for small machines to very large installations.
From our own warehouse, we can assemble panels quickly.
All panels are coded according to the drawings and thoroughly tested before leaving the workshop.
On-site adjustments and modifications of control panels are carried out by our experienced technicians in collaboration with production.
Electrical Installation
We provide the installation of control and distribution panels with the associated electrical wiring, handled by a team of experienced specialists.
Cable trays with wiring are professionally installed for both stainless steel cable trays in the food industry and trays for large amounts of wiring.
We are not afraid to handle the modification of an existing installation within deadlines.
Fiber Optics
In our projects, we provide complete fiber optic cabling solutions, from laying cables through industrial facilities to the installation and configuration of network switches.
Our experienced technicians ensure that each step meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

About Us
HAPCO (Handling Projects and Consultancy), founded in 1998, specializes in tailor-made industrial automation. We handle complete projects from concept to commissioning, including electrical hardware design, panel construction, installation, PLC/PC programming, and maintenance. Although we are mainly active in the Benelux, we also work in Europe and worldwide.
